My stay included access to bag storage after checkout, i find it useful. the room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. i liked the toiletries i used. They had a lovely smell. the location felt perfect, a short walk from the main attractions.

The room's temperature was beyond my control. It never went lower than 16 degrees. this meant the room felt too hot, and there was no natural ventilation to let cooler air in.

I found the location to be excellent for accessing nearby attractions. The breakfast was plentiful. I also appreciated the friendly attitude of all staff members I interacted with.

The room was a bit small, with the window facing a wall. The bathroom felt cramped. When seated on the toilet, the door was very close. I also found the sink to be clogged, the water drained slowly.

The location was superb with easy access to many attractions. I appreciated the quick walk to both the harbor and the O2 Academy. It took about ten minutes each. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff was excellent and always ready to help.

The room's temperature control wasn't optimal. It was difficult to lower the heat below 16 degrees celsius.

The staff were friendly I had no issues with them. my room had a good size. the location is close to the docks and the city center. It was a short walk.

i found some issues during breakfast. the kitchen did not replenish the food promptly. seating was not sufficient. my room was not cleaned and towels were not changed.
